Please note that orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs where a return is made under the 14-day cancellation (change of mind) period.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are securely packaged and returned safely. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service appropriate to the value of the item.

Where a return is due to an item being faulty, misdescribed, or not authentic, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs and may assist in arranging the return.

We are not responsible for loss or damage during return transit where the customer has arranged the return shipment.
